2008 April Fool's Rod Run Registration

LIABILITY: In consideration of the acceptance of the right to participate, entrants, participants, and spectators, by execution of this entry form, release and discharge South Georgia Street Rods, Inc., Exchange Club, Ware County, the State of Georgia and anyone else connected with the management or presentation of the April Fools Rod Run from any and all known and unknown damages, injuries, losses, judgments, and/or claims from any causes whatsoever that may be suffered by any entrant to his/her person or property. This form also gives South Georgia Street Rods, Inc. permission to use photo of entrant, and his/her vehicle, in any promotional material.

VEHICLE ENTRY FEE: Pre-Registration $20.00 ($30.00 if postmarked after March 1st)
